The dates for the next scholarship round for International HDR Applicants are:
| 1 July 2025 - 00:01am AWST | Applications open |
| 31 August 2025 - 23.59pm AWST | Applications close |
| 13 September 2025 - 17.00pm AWST | Referee reports deadline |
| from late-October 2025 | Results are communicated |
| from February 2026 | Enrolments can commence |
The English language and the qualifying degree completion requirements must be met by the scholarship closing date, or the application will be ineligible.
